House Rules

In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules. For all additional information, the Host is at your disposal.

• On the day of arrival you can enter the accommodation after 14:00, and on the day of departure you can leave no later than 10:30.
• You need to hand in your ID card or passport to the host to register with the Tourist Office
• Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, in case of an accident guests are responsible for the consequences. Additional facilities are not supervised and guests use them at their own risk. Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation units. The owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
• Please do not make noise, especially between 14:00 and 16:00 and from 21:00 to 7:00.
• The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum number of people allowed. The host has the right to refuse to receive additional guests in the accommodation or to charge extra for their stay.
•  When leaving the building, be sure to lock the door and close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove) and turn off the water.
• The owner of the facility has the right, in the absence of the guest, to enter the accommodation to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about entering the accommodation at the first next contact.
• It is forbidden to destroy furniture and equipment in the accommodation and to cause disorder and disturbance to other guests. If the fault of the guest causes the disappearance or damage of installations, furniture, devices, or other accommodation equipment, the guest is obliged to inform the host and compensate the equivalent of the damage.
• It is forbidden to take devices and equipment out of the accommodation (towels, blankets).
• Pets are allowed ONLY with the consent of the host.
• Weapons, explosives, and flammable materials are not allowed in the accommodation.
• The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the accommodation is allowed only with the consent of the host.
• Before leaving, please leave the accommodation clean and tidy. All appliances must be cleaned and turned off. Garbage should be thrown in the bins provided. The furniture should stand as it greeted you.

IN CASE OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS HOUSE RULES, THE HOST HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE GUEST FURTHER PROVISION OF SERVICES. You can communicate your remarks, wishes and compliments to the host who is at your disposal during your entire stay in the accommodation.
